HOW DO I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?

If you purchased a Doubles or Relay ticket with the Flex Add-On, you’re allowed one name change. Here’s how to do it:

1. First, ensure the ticket is personalized with the original athlete’s name and details.

2. Once that's done, the “Re-personalise” option will become available in your HYROX account.

3. You can then update the ticket with the new athlete’s information.

Note: Name changes are only possible after the original personalization is completed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PURCHASE THE FLEX ADD-ON?

If you choose not to buy the Flex Add-On, please be aware that your ticket will be non-transferable, non-refundable, and name changes will not be allowed after purchase. The Flex Add-On must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be added later. Also, ticket transfers to other events are not available, even with the Flex Add-On.

CAN I SWITCH FROM DOUBLES TO SINGLES OR CHANGE DOUBLES DIVISIONS (E.G., WOMEN’S TO MIXED) IF MY PARTNER CAN’T MAKE IT?

Unfortunately, division changes are not permitted. If you purchased a ticket with the Flex Add-On, you can either request a refund or update your partner’s name - but the division must stay the same. This means the new partner must be the same gender as the original one. If you didn’t purchase the Flex Add-On, no changes or alternatives are available.
