- We offer a complimentary initial fitness assessment. We require clients engage in Personal Training for a minimum of 3-months, as it takes this amount of time to create a new, healthy, and consistent habit.
What is included in the initial complimentary fitness assessment?
- During this session, we discuss your health and fitness background, obtain measurements and goal expectations, conduct a postural and dynamic movement assessment, and complete a workout. This session is crucial for any weightloss, muscle building, strength building, or nutritional program in order to customize your training.
What types of personal training do you offer?
- We specialize in strength training, weight loss, obstacle course/Ninja Warrior prep, sports performance, and overall fitness conditioning. Each program is tailored to your goals, whether that’s building muscle, dropping body fat, or improving endurance.
Do I need to be in shape to start personal training?
- Not at all. We work with all fitness levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Training is customized so you can progress at your own pace and build confidence with every session.
Where do the training sessions take place?
