Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in Downtown Grand Prairie at Grand Fiestas Patrias.
The free community celebration takes place at City Hall Plaza and includes a parade along with cultural entertainment and festivities. The event officially runs from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., with the parade beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Head to Armstrong Park Saturday evening for Festival de las Américas, Duncanville's celebration of Hispanic and Latin American cultures.
The City says the family-friendly festival will feature live music, cultural performances, authentic cuisine, artisan vendors, family activities, a community parade and a classic car show.
This is the newly branded version of what was formerly the Best Southwest Hispanic Heritage Festival and is being developed as a signature Duncanville cultural celebration.

The 22nd Annual ItalianCarFest returns to historic Nash Farm in Grapevine on Saturday. Organizers describe it as the largest show of premier Italian automobiles in the Southwest, with more than 90 modern and classic Italian vehicles expected to be on display.
