July 10 - Prelims Kickoff
UNAA Prelims begin - divided into age-based “waves” for smooth athlete flow.
Expect tight timing blocks: plan accordingly to avoid missing your run
July 11 - Prelims & OCR 3K
A dual-day hybrid: UNAA prelim waves continue and the Ultimate Obstacle Course Race (UOCR 3K) opens, featuring 20-25 obstacles with a $4,000 purse for elites
July 12 - Finals & Team Showdown
Capped off with UNAA World Finals, age-group awards, and epic team competitions.
