HYROX Comes to Boston: The Ultimate Fitness Race Hits the Northeast!

Boston, get ready - HYROX is making its explosive debut in your city, and the fitness world is buzzing with anticipation. Known as the "World Series of Fitness," HYROX races combine functional fitness with endurance in a thrilling indoor competition format. Whether you're an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or just starting your fitness journey, this is your chance to put your training to the test in a global race unlike any other.


🏁 What Is HYROX?

HYROX is a competitive fitness race that blends running with strength-based functional workouts. The event is the same in every city - designed for consistency, fairness, and worldwide rankings. Participants run 1 kilometer, followed by one functional fitness workout, repeated eight times.


The standard HYROX format includes:

  1. 1km Run

  2. 1,000m Ski Erg

  3. 1km Run

  4. 50m Sled Push

  5. 1km Run

  6. 50m Sled Pull

  7. 1km Run

  8. 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

  9. 1km Run

  10. 1,000m Row

  11. 1km Run

  12. 200m Farmers Carry

  13. 1km Run

  14. 100m Sandbag Lunges

  15. 1km Run

  16. 100 Wall Balls


You can choose to compete in:

  • Singles (Pro or Open)

  • Doubles

  • Relay Teams of Four


Every participant gets their finisher time, division ranking, and global HYROX World Ranking.
