Boston, get ready - HYROX is making its explosive debut in your city, and the fitness world is buzzing with anticipation. Known as the "World Series of Fitness," HYROX races combine functional fitness with endurance in a thrilling indoor competition format. Whether you're an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or just starting your fitness journey, this is your chance to put your training to the test in a global race unlike any other.
🏁 What Is HYROX?
HYROX is a competitive fitness race that blends running with strength-based functional workouts. The event is the same in every city - designed for consistency, fairness, and worldwide rankings. Participants run 1 kilometer, followed by one functional fitness workout, repeated eight times.
The standard HYROX format includes:

50m Sled Push

50m Sled Pull

80m Burpee Broad Jumps
