Level up your strength, speed, and agility with a high-energy Obstacle Course Training class designed for athletes of all levels. Each session blends functional movement, grip strength work, skill development, and conditioning to help you confidently take on real obstacles - whether you’re preparing for Ninja Warrior, HYROX, Spartan Race, or just looking for a fun and challenging way to get fit. You’ll learn how to climb, swing, jump, balance, and move efficiently through a variety of obstacles, all while building total-body strength and endurance. Coaches guide you step-by-step through progressions so you can master technique, reduce injury risk, and improve performance week after week. Perfect for adults and youth who want something more exciting than a traditional workout, this class delivers a fast-paced, supportive environment that keeps you motivated and moving. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Outdoor Obstacle Course Training Class Registration Required - All participants must book their session in advance. No walk-ins are accepted to ensure proper class size, equipment setup, and safety prep. Arrival Time - Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, warm up, and review the obstacle layout for the day. Late arrivals may not be permitted onto the course for safety reasons. Weather Policy - This is an outdoor class. - Classes will proceed in light rain, cool weather, or warm temperatures. - Classes may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled in cases of lightning, severe storms, extreme heat/cold, or unsafe course conditions. - If a class is canceled due to weather, you’ll receive a credit toward any future class. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class receive a full credit. - Cancellations made under 12 hours before class, or no-shows, are non-refundable. - You may reschedule your own booking through the system as long as it meets the time window. Age Requirements - Participants must meet the posted age requirement for the class. Minors must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver. Waiver Requirement - A signed liability waiver is required before participating. One waiver covers all future classes. Dress Code & Gear Participants should wear: - Athletic clothing - Closed-toe athletic shoes - Weather-appropriate attire - Gloves, chalk, or hydration packs are optional but recommended. Safety First Coaches reserve the right to adjust or limit participation if a guest is not following safety instructions or does not have appropriate footwear/clothing. Refunds No monetary refunds are provided unless the organizer cancels the program entirely. Class credits are issued for eligible cancellations.
